Service Description. This Site describes Junk Hauling, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Trash Removal, Debris Removal provided by EM Trailer and Moving Business. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to EM Trailer and Moving Business and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. EM Trailer and Moving Business may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
